Okay I'm not gonna lie here. There is a lot that needs to be worked on! The heads aren't fully proportioned the bottom character's head needs a lot of work along with the top character, they aren't fully proportioned. The hair shows no sign of it moving nor flowing in the wind. They are flying right? The hands are fine but the fingers aren't fully sized correctly. I know from experience that those and arms that are showing, are hard as ever. So I would suggest looking on deviant art and Newgrounds for some helpful tutorials. Along with shading, and folds. I know from experience in my past that I needed a lot of help, I still do know but what I can suggest is search for some tutorials for properly designing things and getting your own art style. If you can do that, then you'll be able to grow and get a style that suits to your own ideas. I know it's sounding repetitive but I seriously suggest tutorials, look in your nearest book store with a paper and pencil and try out some of the many art styles they have then if any suits you, think about buying it. Well there you go in honest opinion. Plus the background of the clouds is nice, I will admit that.
